To ensure the smooth performance of your order and clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, please read all the following terms carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you are deemed to have fully acknowledged, understood and accepted all contents of this Notice, which shall form an integral part of the transaction contract, governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and bound by the HKTVmall Platform Rules.

1. Important Core Notices Before Placing an Order

• Scarce Goods Inventory & Order Cancellation: Goods in our 'Trendy Premium Goods Zone' or marked with 'Trendy Premium Goods' are scarce limited-edition items with globally circulating, real-time fluctuating inventory. After payment, we will conduct compliance verification, authenticity check and supply securing. If supply securing fails (e.g., no inventory or authenticity check fails), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund without any additional compensation.
• Return Policy Core Agreement: We do NOT accept any no-reason return for personal reasons. Refusing cross-border goods without legitimate reasons shall bear all related losses. Please carefully check product details, specifications and delivery address before ordering.
• Parallel Imported Goods Supply Allocation: Some products are genuine parallel imports. If the original channel has insufficient stock, we may allocate the same specification genuine products from other compliant global channels, with consistent quality and specifications as shown. Returns based on supply channel allocation are not accepted.

2. Delivery Service Description

• Logistics & Freight: All orders are delivered by compliant courier partners. 'Merchant Delivery' items cannot be combined with other merchants for freight calculation. Free delivery to Hong Kong industrial/commercial areas is available for purchases above a specified amount (see product page).
• Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe is as committed on the product page. Delivery requires logistics and compliance customs clearance. Delays may occur due to public holidays, customs broker rest days, routine inspections, policy changes, or logistics adjustments. We are not liable for such delays.
• Address Confirmation & Modification: Customer service will send address confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp within 24 hours after order takes effect. You must check and reply within 1 hour. Once logistics starts, interception is impossible. No address modification is supported after the deadline; you bear all consequences (wrong delivery, delay, return).
• Additional Fees: A HKD 20 surcharge may apply for remote or residential areas. Delivery involving more than 3 stairs may be unavailable or incur extra stair handling fees. Specific fees will be notified with address confirmation. If your address falls into such categories, contact customer service immediately upon receiving confirmation.
• Refusal of Acceptance Liability: Inspect outer packaging on delivery before signing. Do not refuse without legitimate reasons. Forced refusal without valid reasons will result in you bearing all fees and losses (round-trip freight, customs fees, tariffs, warehousing, handling, product loss, etc.). We may deduct these from your refund and reserve the right to claim any shortfall.

3. Return Policy, Rights and Obligations Reiteration

• Only Quality Issues Accepted: We only accept returns for verified workmanship or functional quality issues (e.g., cracking, malfunction). No no-reason returns for personal reasons (dislike, color difference, wrong size, used, mismatched expectations, supply channel allocation, etc.).
• Return Application Requirements: If you suspect quality issues, contact us or HKTVmall customer service within 7 days of signing, providing clear photos/videos as evidence. We will verify within 3 working days. The verification result is binding; the final judgment right belongs to us within the legal scope. You may appeal via HKTVmall Platform.
• Return Freight Bearing: For verified quality issues, return freight is borne by us. Non-quality returns are rejected; if you forcibly return such items, all freight and warehousing fees are borne by you, and we may refuse acceptance.
• Returned Goods Requirements: Returned goods must be in the same intact condition as when signed (product, packaging, accessories, hang tags). Used, unpacked, incomplete packaging, or items affecting secondary sales are not eligible for return, regardless of quality issues.

4. Compliance and Disclaimer

• All terms comply with Hong Kong SAR's Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance, relevant consumer rights legislations, and HKTVmall Platform Operation Rules. If any term conflicts with mandatory legal provisions, the law prevails; the remaining terms remain effective.
• We strictly abide by Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Your contact information, delivery address and other personal data are used solely for order performance, logistics communication, and after-sales handling. They will not be used for other purposes or disclosed to unrelated third parties.
• We are not liable for order performance failure, delivery delay, or product damage caused by force majeure (natural disasters, customs policy changes, epidemic controls, logistics suspension, public holiday work stoppages, etc.). We will do our best to assist you.
