Delivery/Returns :
- There is no refund or return.
- Product(s) will be dispatched via courier company and we will inform the customer about the shipping date
and the tracking number.
- Delivery time will be based on the selected product(s) and the actual delivery status of the courier company.
(** It is recommended that customer contact with the courier company directly to ensure a smooth sign-off/delivery)
- In case any quality problem, product(s) can be replaced within 7days from the date of receipt.
(** Only accept to replace for same color and same model of products, and must be with full packaging and
full set of accessories. Otherwise, the products will not be replaced).
- The product(s) cannot be replaced in the following situations :
1) defects, damage and defacement caused by the customer (including man-made damage or improper
use/handling);
2) replacement request 7 days after receiving the goods;
3) If the export carton(s) is damaged but the product(s) itself and packaging are in good condition; and
4) If the product(s) not damaged due to surface scratches, the company may request to take back the
defective product for inspection before replacement arrangement
- In case of any dispute, HKTVmall and The ONE Smart Piano HK reserve the right to make the final decision.
