Delivery / Return
1) Free Hong Kong local delivery is available for orders totaling $1000 or more. If no one receives the delivery, the mail will be arranged to be sent to the nearest post office for collection within 7 days.
2) Please confirm before placing an order that the shipping products can be delivered to the selected address.
3) Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
4) We will arrange delivery service upon receiving the order. Delivery service is not available in restricted areas, hotel rooms, or...
4) Each order will be shipped once (equivalent to the supplier handing it over to the logistics company).
5) In general, the shipping period is 1-3 working days from the date of order placement (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays). However, due to the pandemic, delivery times may be affected. Delivery service will be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or black rainstorm warning, and delivery will be rescheduled for another working day. The longest delivery time is 14 working days.
6) The logistics company may have different delivery times for different areas. Deliveries to non-commercial buildings or remote areas may require additional working days to complete.
7) Islands or remote areas, including but not limited to Tuen Mun District, Lantau Island, Yuen Long District, North District, Tai Po District, Outlying Islands District, Yat Tung, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, etc., will be shipped by the logistics company, and the delivery period will be extended. The logistics company may impose additional surcharges according to its company terms.
8) Delivery service is not available in some remote areas. It is recommended to contact customer service before placing an order to inquire and confirm.
9) Reasons for failed delivery may include incorrect address, unavailability, unclaimed goods, or failure of the ordering or pickup person to pay the additional cost for ordered goods within the agreed timeframe. The logistics company reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees, or the company may retain the right to charge the customer additional shipping fees. Requests to cancel paid orders will not result in a refund of the amount paid without further notice.
10) Pictures are for reference only. The actual situation upon receipt shall prevail. Products are not eligible for refunds.
