Delivery / Return

1. Delivery - Free Shipping

Free local delivery with any purchase.  

Delivery service is local only.

 

2. Delivery time:

All products purchased by customers, if not on pre-order, will be shipped within 4 working days after order confirmation and payment. Delivery within Hong Kong will be provided by S.F. Courier, the general delivery time is from Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the dispatcher will usually call the recipient to arrange for delivery before delivery. If you would like to have your shipment delivered on a specific date or time, please specify it in the "Remarks" section before checkout, or call our customer service staff during office hours. If we find any errors in the information provided, we will call the customer to confirm the recipient's information and delivery time before posting.

 

3. Re-delivery

If the goods have arrived at the delivery address but no one has signed for them, we can arrange re-delivery after the courier company has returned the goods to the customer, but the customer has to pay for the transportation fee again. If we still cannot contact the customer after 7 working days, the order will be canceled and no refund will be arranged, and the customer is requested to take the initiative to contact us to re-deliver the goods.

5. Delivery service to Hong Kong is applicable to both business and residential addresses, P.O. Box address is not acceptable.

6. Delivery service may be suspended or delayed due to weather, traffic, area or other factors, and the delivery time will be arranged.

7. We will arrange posting of the goods within office hours as soon as possible after the payment has been made. After the goods are posted, the customer will receive an email from the system at the email address he/she has provided, informing him/her of the date of posting and the tracking number of the parcel.

8. The goods must be signed for upon delivery. If no one signs for the goods when they are delivered to the recipient's address, the customer can request for re-delivery and the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the recipient.

9. Upon receipt of the goods, customers are requested to check the goods, and if there is any damage, please refuse to accept the goods or request to return them to the sender.

10. The delivery address of the goods is based on the address provided by the customer, and we will not be responsible for any delay or loss of delivery due to inaccuracy of the address provided by the customer.

11. If the order consists of a stock item and a pre-ordered or out-of-stock item, the pre-ordered or out-of-stock item will be arranged to be shipped at the same time when the item arrives. If the customer requests to ship the spot item first, we will charge an additional shipping fee of not less than HK$30, the actual fee depends on the region and the situation.

12. If the item or quantity of goods received does not match with the order, please call our customer service department within 2 working days after receiving the goods, we will verify the delivery process with the logistics company, and we will seek compensation from the logistics company if the goods are lost or damaged during delivery. We will not be able to provide further assistance in case of late contact.

13. For unsuccessful orders, customers will be contacted by email/telephone to arrange re-delivery and will be charged a transportation fee of not less than HK$30, the actual cost depends on the region and the situation.

14. All orders are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide any of the products or services listed in your order, we will notify you by phone or email prior to delivery or collection.
