• Our products are delivered from Taiwan.
•Please enter the consignee in full Chinese/English name ( For customs clearance).
• Delivery will be made by SF Express within 4-7 working days from the date of purchase (delivery time: Monday to Saturday 9:00 - 18:00), delivery time may be lengthened in remote areas.
• The delivery person will contact the customer before delivery to confirm the delivery time. If the customer cannot be reached, alternative arrangements will be made.
• During Hong Kong and Taiwan holidays, delivery time may be extended.
• Delivery may be postponed in the event of a typhoon, black rainstorm or other circumstances.
• Due to hygiene reasons, products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• If any damage or discrepancy is found upon receipt of the goods, please take photos to record the condition of the goods and report the issue within 7 days after receipt of the goods via the system under "Order Record" by selecting the relevant order and clicking "Report Product Issue". The relevant product should be kept in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was when purchased.
