Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:
1. Opened/used products
2. Without original and unopened packaging
3. Products with “non-returnable” remark
4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples
5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note
We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

1) When will the product be shipped?

Ready goods will be shipped within 24 hours after payment is completed.

2) Will you be notified when the goods are shipped?

- After placing the order, we will confirm the order with the order number to the customer via email/Whatapp.

- After successful payment, payment confirmation will be sent to the guest via email/Whatapp within 24 hours.

- When the goods are shipped, we will also notify customers of the SF Express number via email/Whatapp.

3) How much is the shipping cost? Can it be paid in person?

We all ship by SF Express and shipping is FREE for purchases over $300. If the purchase is less than $300, $30 will be charged when placing the order.
