Weebuy warranty and general terms and conditions:
Weebuy store has been providing licensed goods and parallel import goods.
Weebuy will provide 7 days of warranty for all parallel import goods (except for special declarations). If there is any problem with the goods, customer needs to bring the goods and receipt to Weebuy's customer centre for inspection, repair or replacement. The customer must ensure that the product has not been damaged, misused or destroyed, and retains all items such as completed packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions and unfilled warranty. If the returned goods do not meet the above conditions, Weebuy reserves the right to refuse repair or exchange.
All warranty of licensed goods are provided by official distributor in Hong Kong. Please keep receipts, completed packaging and warranty stickers for application of warranty.
