【Delivery Service Notice】
Thank you for purchasing our products. To ensure a smooth delivery, please note the following:
1. Delivery Arrangements If you choose our door-to-door delivery service, your goods will be delivered by our delivery personnel or a partner logistics service provider. The delivery personnel will try their best to confirm the delivery time with you before delivery. Upon delivery, please immediately check the packaging and outer box condition, and sign your name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt. All delivery dates and times are estimates only, and actual times may be adjusted due to traffic or other factors. Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays.
2. Delivery Areas and Times We will confirm the delivery date and time with you via WhatsApp or WeChat. - No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays. - Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. - Delivery to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay is arranged on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Discovery Bay will be charged an additional logistics fee.- Delivery to outlying islands is limited to Central Ferry Pier. - Delivery service does not apply to border restricted areas, some outlying islands, Disneyland, warehouses, ferry terminals, and public places (such as stations, streets, or staircases). 3. Staircase Surcharge: If the delivery location has an elevator, but the delivery person still needs to carry items up and down stairs, a charge of HK$35 per item per floor will be applied (the first floor is free). Staircases not between floors are counted as one floor in 10 steps; if the location has a loft, it will be counted as one floor.
4. Walking Delivery Arrangement: If the delivery truck cannot reach the delivery location directly, walking delivery can be arranged only after the delivery person's assessment and the following conditions are met: - The recipient must personally guide the way. - The walking distance must not exceed 10 minutes. - The road surface must be flat, wide, and safe. If the above conditions are not met, the goods will be delivered to the nearest accessible location (e.g., parking lot, village entrance, or public mailbox).
5. Surcharges and Payment Arrangements: If the actual delivery environment does not match the order details (e.g., additional stairs required), a surcharge may apply. The relevant fees will be assessed on-site by the delivery person and collected in cash. The company is not liable for delivery delays or failures due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.
6. Severe Weather Arrangements: When the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service will be suspended immediately, and a new delivery date will be arranged. If the goods cannot be collected on the designated date, the Company reserves the right to dispose of them in any reasonable manner without incurring any liability.
