We pride ourselves in making luxurious eco friendly products; your satisfaction is our number one priority. Sometime we buy the wrong size or the wrong color, or simply we change our minds ... we understand.

You can get a refund or an exchange within 10 days of your purchase with a valid receipt. Since we sell items considered hygienic product, we can't have an open-ended return policy. Thank you for your understanding

    RA form
    within 10 days of initial purchase
    valid proof of purchase from our website in your name
    unopened packaging
    unused items
    return to our warehouse within 15 days
    Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made a mistake with your order to begin with.

For all return requests for items purchased through HKTVmall, please send us an email: support@charliebanana.com Fill out the Return Authorization Form and we will contact you with all return details. Your product must be received in our warehouse within the next 15 days or we will not be able to issue you a refund and only an exchange can be offered.

*For any Charlie Banana® products purchased at other retail stores please contact Winc Design directly at support@charliebanana.com and they will be able to assist you directly.

Gift certificates cannot be returned for refund.
