Policy Wording:
FunTravel Insurance plan provides up to 18 protections to keep you entertained. Such protections include follow-up medical expenses incurred after return to Hong Kong, accidental loss of or damage to mobile phones (for Gold Plan only), 24-hour global emergency assistance services. There is no age restriction for enrollment of any levels of single trip travel plan (certain age groups are subject to additional policy terms and conditions).
- For single trip travel insurance plan, the departure date must be within 365 days from the application date.
- For annual travel insurance plan, the effective date must be within 30 days from the application date.
- For issue of insurance policy, customers are required to fill in and submit the application details within 30 days from the date of payment. If the customers fail to submit the application details within the prescribed time, the insurance policy will not be issued and the insurance order will be invalid.
Important Notes for Worldwide plan (Annual)
- The insurance applies to traveler(s) aged 70 or below on the first policy effective date.
- For annual travel plan, policy will be renewed at Zurich’s discretion. Renewal is allowed up to the age of seventy-five (75).
- The maximum period of each insured journey is 90 days for annual plan.
Important Notes for Amendment of policy information
- Only ONE amendment is allowed for each policy.
- Allowable amendment items for Policy Applicant include Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email and Address (Annual plan). Please note that NO amendment is allowed for HKID.
- Allowable amendment items for Traveler(s) include Name and Date of Birth. Please note that NO amendment is allowed for HKID.
- New departure date of single trip travel insurance policy must be within 365 days from the existing application date.
- New effective date of annual travel insurance policy must be within 30 days from the existing application date.
- Amendment must be applied for before the departure date of existing single trip travel policy/effective date of annual travel policy.
Important Notes for Extension of travel days

If single trip travel days are in between 61 to 180, please contact Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) for assistance.
After successful payment, you can review Insurance Order and fill in the Insurance Application Details in "My Account" > "Insurance Order".
How to fill in Insurance Application Details:
After successful payment, you must submit Insurance Application Details for policy to be effective.
Follow the below instructions:
Step 1: Go to "My Account", view "Insurance Order".
Step 2: Under "Incomplete Insurance Order", click "Fill in Insurance Application Details".
Step 3: Fill in all the insurance application details and click "Confirm".
Step 4: Confirm "Insurance Details Summary", then click "Submit".
Step 5: After successful submission of Insurance Application Details to the insurance company, a confirmation notification will be displayed.
Step 6: Go to "My Account" to view "Insurance Order", insurance policy number will be displayed for the application that have been successfully submitted, indicating the policy is officially effective.
