二、 商品說明

② 瑕疵標準：服裝、鞋履等商品可能存在不影響穿著或使用的輕微工藝痕跡（如線頭、印花漸變等），不屬於質量問題。
③ 庫存與價格：商品庫存可能變動，若缺貨將為您辦理退款。價格與促銷以訂單生成時頁面顯示為準。
三、 配送政策
① 地址確認：訂單生成後24小時內，我們將通過 WhatsApp或短信發送地址確認信息，請務必及時查收。
② 修改時限：如需修改地址，請在收到確認信息後1小時內回覆客服。因商品為海外直郵，超時將無法變更。
請注意：請勿在HKTVmall「查詢商家」功能中直接提供您的地址信息，以保障您的個人隱私！！！
③ 附加費用： 偏遠地區或住宅地址可能產生20港幣附加費，送貨地點超過三級樓梯可能受阻或產生搬運費，建議提供工商區地址。 如訂單涉及上述費用，相關費用將隨確認信息一併通知。
四、 退換貨規則
① 受理範圍：僅受理經核實的質量問題（如功能故障、嚴重缺陷）。不接受非質量原因（不喜歡、色差、尺寸錯誤等）的退換貨。
② 申請流程：如遇質量問題，請在簽收後7天內通過平台提交申請並提供證據。每訂單限一次申請。
③ 結果判定：確屬質量問題的，將退款或補償；非質量問題的申請將被拒絕，退回運費由您承擔。
五、 驗貨與簽收
請在簽收前檢查包裹外觀及商品。如發現外箱破損、商品損壞或數量不符，請立即拒收並聯繫客服。一旦簽收，即視為認可商品完好，此後相關投訴將不受理。
