【Delivery Service】

1. This product purchase includes one free delivery. Delivery service covers Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories, excluding outlying islands. Additional charges may apply to some remote areas*.

2. All delivery dates are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on product availability. After order confirmation, we will contact you to confirm the actual delivery date.

3. Basic delivery hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong. For special locations requiring specific dates and times, such as: no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays in Hong Kong Island; delivery in Sai Kung area is Monday to Friday; delivery in Tung Chung and Discovery Bay is Thursday; delivery in Ma Wan is Tuesday, etc. Please contact us for details.

4. On the day of delivery, our delivery personnel will try their best to confirm the delivery time with you before delivery. Upon delivery, please immediately check the packaging and outer box condition and sign your name on the delivery slip to confirm receipt. Delivery time is only an estimate and may be adjusted due to traffic or other factors. Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays.

5. For deliveries via stairs, a fee of HK$30 will be charged per floor, with 16 steps constituting one floor. Any floor less than 16 steps will be counted as 16 steps.

6. For deliveries using a trolley (including ramps), the first 100 meters will be free, and subsequent 100 meters will be charged at HK$50.

7. In the event of severe weather, serious flooding, road congestion, or closure on the day of delivery, delivery services may be delayed or suspended. Our company will contact the customer by phone to make rescheduled delivery arrangements.

8. For deliveries to outlying islands, our company will only deliver to the ferry terminal. Customers must arrange their own sea transport and product loading/unloading.

9. During delivery and installation, customers must carefully store and protect all furniture, flooring, walls, decorations, and valuables. Our company will not be responsible for any damage.

*Delivery service is not available to Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, other outlying islands, restricted areas, and some remote areas (such as Tai O and Mui Wo). For any questions, please contact our company for a quote.

*Relative area charges: Discovery Bay requires a tunnel toll of $140 and a bridge toll of $40 by land; Tung Chung requires a bridge toll of $40 by land; Ma Wan requires an entry fee of $40. Sea delivery is not available to these areas.

【Installation Service】

Standard installation service is included in product price, but the additional service charges of delivery, installation, site survey, old appliance dismantling or disposing, etc. are also not included. If additional charges apply, our company will inform you of the arrangements after purchasing the product and will then confirm with the customer.

【Statutory Free Removal Service】

Generally, 3 working days must be allowed for the removal service. The removal service will be handled separately from the delivery and installation services (old items awaiting removal can be moved earlier as needed, or temporarily stored at the removal location and moved later). This service is provided by ALBA Integrated Environmental (Hong Kong) Limited (our company is only responsible for booking the statutory free removal service with ALBA on behalf of customers and submitting relevant customer information for booking purposes). If customers need to change the agreed removal service location or time, please call to notify us at least 2 working days in advance.

「商戶派送」貨品

 

本店「商戶派送」貨品購買金額不可與HKTVmall其他商戶之購買金額一同計算運費。

 

「商戶派送」貨品由張毛記電業有限公司/品牌代理派送。顧客於本店購買「商戶派送」貨品可享免費送貨服務一次,送貨服務僅限於指定地區及香港特別行政區內的固定地址,當中包括香港島、九龍、新界,部份偏遠地區*有可能需收取額外運費,如有其他特別送貨地址,請致電向張毛記電業有限公司客戶服務部查詢。

 

本店指定非工作日為逢星期日及公眾假期

 

*偏遠地區收費:

 

愉景灣經陸路需要收取隧道費$140及過橋費$40、東涌經陸路需要收取過橋費$40、馬灣需要收取入閘費$40,以上地區不設海路送貨。

 

送貨地點不包括離島,張毛記電業有限公司只會運送到客運碼頭,顧客須自行安排海路運送及貨品上落事宜。

 

送貨服務不適用於不能經樓梯送貨而需經由露台入屋之地點。如需要經樓梯上樓,將根據每層樓層收取港幣$30。如需要使用斜路等特殊情況送貨到指定地址,將收取額外費用。

 

於一般情況下,香港地區之訂單將於貨物訂購後最快可安排約4-7個工作天送出,貨物抵達前將由送貨員致電通知,請客人點收訂購了的貨品是否齊存,並由收件人在送貨單上寫上姓名及簽名確認收取貨品。惟因實際情況如交通、地區、天氣及其他不可抗力因素影響而有所延誤、暫停或改期,無論導致此等延誤或改期的原因是否在張毛記電業有限公司控制範圍內,張毛記電業有限公司恕不負任何責任。

 

訂單一經確認,送貨地址不能更改,貨物會根據訂單記錄送往指定地址, 當面簽收。送貨員有權拒絕送往其他地址 (包括單位, 樓層或管理處)。如未能送往指定地址, 張毛記電業有限公司將會取消有關送貨安排。

 

客戶必須提供真確及有效的聯絡資料(包括地址及電話)以訂購貨品。如因聯絡資料有誤而導致送貨延誤、未能成功送貨或任何額外運費,客戶需自行承擔。

 

如在未經張毛記電業有限公司同意下送往非指定地址,無論顧客及送貨員雙方同意與否,因而引致的一切損失,張毛記電業有限公司一律不會負責及有權追討其相關引致的損失。

‧ 更換貨品時,閣下需將購買貨品時的單據交予張毛記電業有限公司作取消(須視乎實際換貨程序)。

 

‧ 本公司有權拒絕因貨品外觀問題及配件不齊存之原因而要求更換的已簽收貨品。
