For all products are related to proper recycling of regulated electrical equipment. A product set out in this receipt is regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the product as follows:

Air conditioner: $125 per item
Refrigerator: $165 per item
Washing machine: $125 per item
Television: $165 per item
Computer: $15 per item
Printer: $15 per item
Scanner: $15 per item
Monitor: $45 per item
Dehumidifier: $125 per item
Tumble dryer: $125 per item

About SoHo Shop

SOHO SHOP only provides delivery service to Hong Kong. Generally (Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 9 pm), except Sundays and public holidays.

However, if the delivery location is in a remote area (for example: Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, etc.), we will adjust the charges according to the delivery price list of the main agent.

 

The following are general charges. The final price may be adjusted based on order details:

1. Free shipping for basic shipping charges (except for special areas)

2. The charge for delivery to Tung Chung/Ma Wan/Parkside Bay/Pin Yuan area is an additional charge per product; the charge for delivery to Discovery Bay is an additional charge per product

3. If you purchase designated free shipping products, you can enjoy free shipping service for that product (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Parkside Bay, Poon Yuan areas and Discovery Bay).

4. The delivery scope does not include outlying islands, restricted areas and overseas areas.

5. If products need to be transported upstairs via stairs, customers will need to pay additional fees to the delivery staff.

6. If stairs are included in the moving period, additional charges will be required (small electrical appliances: $30-50 per 10 levels, large electrical appliances: $80-120 per 10 levels) (the first 3 levels are free, and the remaining 10 levels will be counted as 10 levels)

7. If the delivery address is too far from the parking point, the driver will need to walk with the goods on a flat road after getting off the car, and additional charges will be required (the first 50 meters are free, and then $50 for every 50 meters)

Please ensure that your old appliance has its water/power/gas supply disconnected and is ready for the installer to connect.

Delivery / Return

Delivery Service:
Free delivery of general large household electrical appliances to various areas.Remote areas and special areas such as Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, etc. will charge an additional fee ranging from $150-$300

Regular delivery service:from Monday to Saturday(Unavalible on Sunday and public holidays)

Large home appliances are delivered directly by the agent, usually within two to five days from the date of purchase to the delivery address

Small household appliances such as fans, heaters, toasters, etc. do not include delivery service

If Parking fee(hourly rent)over $20,the client must make up the difference.(Applicable to Air-conditioning,Water Heater Engineering)

 

Islands District,Restricted Area,Overseas do not include delivery service


Installation Services:

Kowloon, New Territories Monday to Saturday (No installation service on Sunday and public holidays)

Hong Kong Island Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (No installation service on Sunday and public holidays) 

 

Product installation by agent:Washing machine, Gas stove, LPG stove, Built-in oven, Built-in refrigerator

Hong Kong Island , Kowloon , New Territories:Monday to Saturday (No installation service on Sunday and public holidays)

Things to note before delivery

SOHO Hong Kong SOHO SHOP always hopes to deliver goods according to the delivery time required by customers. So to help ensure your product is delivered smoothly, please check the following information and advice:

     

If the customer cannot confirm the delivery date on the day of placing the order, please arrange the delivery via WhatsApp notification after confirming the delivery date. Please inform 10 working days in advance.

Please provide us with the phone number we will be contacted on delivery day. The best option is a mobile phone number plus a landline phone number.

Please check the dimensions of the products before purchasing to ensure they will fit appropriately in the space/unit.

Please inform us in advance of any matters that may affect delivery, such as parking restrictions, special entrances, stairs, etc.

Please ensure there is a clear entrance for delivery vehicles.

Please ensure there is clear and sufficient space from the door to where the product is placed. You can try walking delivery routes to make it easier for the transportation team to deliver your products.

Please make sure to check that the new product you receive is the correct model and color.

Please ensure that the new product you receive is free of any damage and that all accessories are included before the delivery team leaves. If you have any questions, you can also call us within 7 days.

If any abnormalities are found in the product, they should be reported to the delivery team and recorded.

 

Before using your new product, make sure you read the manufacturer's installation and operating instructions.
