【Delivery Service Notice】
Thank you for purchasing our products. To ensure a smooth delivery, please note the following:
1. Delivery Arrangements If you choose our door-to-door delivery service, your goods will be delivered by our delivery personnel or a partner logistics service provider. The delivery personnel will try their best to confirm the delivery time with you before delivery. Upon delivery, please immediately check the packaging and outer box condition, and sign your name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt. All delivery dates and times are estimates only, and actual times may be adjusted due to traffic or other factors. Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays.
2. Delivery Areas and Times We will confirm the delivery date and time with you via WhatsApp or WeChat. - No delivery service on Sundays and public holidays. - Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. - Delivery to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay is arranged on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Discovery Bay will be charged an additional logistics fee.- Delivery to outlying islands is limited to Central Ferry Pier. - Delivery service does not apply to border restricted areas, some outlying islands, Disneyland, warehouses, ferry terminals, and public places (such as stations, streets, or staircases). 3. Staircase Surcharge: If the delivery location has an elevator, but the delivery person still needs to carry items up and down stairs, a charge of HK$35 per item per floor will be applied (the first floor is free). Staircases not between floors are counted as one floor in 10 steps; if the location has a loft, it will be counted as one floor.
4. Walking Delivery Arrangement: If the delivery truck cannot reach the delivery location directly, walking delivery can be arranged only after the delivery person's assessment and the following conditions are met: - The recipient must personally guide the way. - The walking distance must not exceed 10 minutes. - The road surface must be flat, wide, and safe. If the above conditions are not met, the goods will be delivered to the nearest accessible location (e.g., parking lot, village entrance, or public mailbox).
5. Surcharges and Payment Arrangements: If the actual delivery environment does not match the order details (e.g., additional stairs required), a surcharge may apply. The relevant fees will be assessed on-site by the delivery person and collected in cash. The company is not liable for delivery delays or failures due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.
6. Severe Weather Arrangements: When the Hong Kong Observatory issues Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service will be suspended immediately, and a new delivery date will be arranged. If the goods cannot be collected on the designated date, the Company reserves the right to dispose of them in any reasonable manner without incurring any liability.
Installation details
- Basic installation is included in most products. Certain home appliances require a fee based on their nature and installation process, which will be collected on-site by the installer.
- Some home appliances require a basic installation fee, which will be stated in the product description.
- Basic installation does not include removal or removal of the old appliance.
- Please note that products that require installation services require that customers have the individual distributor's installation technicians unpack and inspect the product on-site to ensure it is intact and in good condition. The distributor will also provide product maintenance services. If customers unpack the product themselves, they will be responsible for any liability related to the product.
- Before placing or removing large home appliances, customers must disconnect the power supply, remove all connecting pipes, and ensure that the installation location and access routes are unobstructed. Hong Kong Suning assumes no responsibility for any service delays, property damage, personal injury, or other consequences or expenses caused by customers' failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
- Customers are required to provide a safe working platform for all exterior air conditioner installation or warranty services. Hong Kong Suning engineers reserve the right to refuse service and leave the site if unsafe working conditions are not met, and assume no liability for any subsequent consequences.
- Hong Kong Suning installation and maintenance services (including labor, air conditioner brackets, pipes, and other ancillary equipment) only cover malfunctions caused by the product itself, not human error. Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, accidents, or natural disasters is not covered. Customers are responsible for all costs of inspection, repairs, and safety measures (such as scaffolding) incurred.
- Customers may arrange for a qualified contractor to construct a safe working platform. In such cases, customers are solely responsible for the associated costs, and Hong Kong Suning assumes no liability.
- Hong Kong Suning assumes no liability for any repairs or compensation resulting from unavoidable alterations or damage to the customer's home caused by features (including but not limited to built-in pipes, decorations, kitchen cabinets, or other furniture) that would interfere with any installation or maintenance work.
- Hong Kong Suning only provides 7 days of glass maintenance service from the date of air conditioner installation.
- Hong Kong Suning air conditioner disassembly service does not include reinstallation. Customers will be charged a separate installation fee for reinstallation.
- All installation services provided by Hong Kong Suning do not include trimming and mouth repair.
