產品是否可以進洗碗機、消毒櫃或微波爐，請購買前諮詢客服，以客服回饋為準。金屬和塑膠材質不能進微波爐（矽膠 & 耐高溫材質除外）。密封性產品需開蓋後進入微波爐。塑膠類製品（包括但不限於：PP、ABS、PCTG 材質等）請勿使用熱水（60 度及以上）或高溫消毒，以免產生變形。
本店出售所有塑膠類製品均採用注塑工藝製成，其工藝所有的轉色點、注塑點、氣痕、合模線，均屬正常且無法避免之現象。其中注塑點位置需人工修剪多餘料支，會有毫米級的大小差異。部分產品因造型需要涉及人工噴漆，無法 100% 避免輕微位移、飛油、缺墨現象。部分產品彩卡固定所用透明圓標需人工取出黏貼，會有指紋及褶皺現象。
本店產品不涉及全塑封包裝，請買家理解其僅作為包裝固定之用，勿認為是產品拆封使用過的依據。部分產品因包裝需求貼有氣球膠或透明圓標，如拆包時留有殘留膠，可用酒精棉片擦除。此包裝方式為品牌方全球統一要求，不屬於產品問題或瑕疵。
本店所售產品均為彩卡包裝，無獨立包裝盒提供。產品表面可能會有輕微劃痕。請買家正確理解以上問題以及工藝局限，且不屬於售後服務範疇，介意慎拍。
