HKBN Redemption Date and Time
Customer shall redeem product at designated HKBN shop ( after contacting merchant for redemption arrangement ) 5 days after the purchase date (whichever is later). Redemption must be completed within 21 days from the successful purchase date.

If customers are unable to collect their product on time, they must contact HKBN to reschedule their redemption, while will be postponed. Actual delivery is subject to product availability and logistics conditions. Redemption time may be delayed due to insufficient stock. HKBN reserves the right to change the product redemption period at any time with notice to customers.
2.Once purchase is confirmed, no change and cancelation are allowed.
3.Without prejudice to the provisions under clause 1, product can only be redeemed once. It will be void if expired, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
4.Customers must pick up the product they purchased in person (third party authorization is not accepted) at designated "HKBN Shop" and at designated redemption period in accordance with these terms and conditions. 5.Upon collection at HKBN shop, customers must immediately verify whether the product model and information shown on the package matches their order and shall sign an Acknowledgement Receipt of HKBN Product/Premium Redemption to acknowledge receipt of the product. If the collected product includes iPhone, HKBN staff will open the package and activate the relevant product immediately. Once customer has confirmed and HKBN staff open the package, requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted.
