Our store's "Merchant Delivery" items cannot be combined with items from other merchants to calculate shipping fees.
Free delivery service is available for any "Merchant Delivery" items purchased from our store for orders over $180. Otherwise, a shipping fee of $30 will be charged and automatically included in the relevant order.

Order Processing Time
The daily order cutoff time is 10:30 am. All orders placed before the cutoff time will be arranged to be delivered before 10 pm on the same day; if delivery cannot be made, it will be delivered by 2 pm the next day at the latest (the final actual delivery time is subject to JD Logistics).
Postponed on Sundays and public holidays. During Sundays and public holidays (please refer to in-store announcements for long holidays), delivery services will be postponed by one day. Please keep this in mind to avoid any impact on your plans.
Delivery Notification
SMS and phone notifications. JD Logistics will notify you via SMS before delivery, and will contact you again by phone before the goods arrive to ensure that you can smoothly receive your package.
Rescheduling delivery time. To avoid delays, we recommend you pay attention to your phone. If the scheduled delivery time is inconvenient for you, you can negotiate directly with the driver to reschedule a more suitable delivery time.
