• Upon successful payment, EuroEyes will schedule an eye examination for the customer within 2 working days.
• The eye examination service can only be used once.
• All confirmed appointments are final; changes to the selected plan or refunds are not permitted.
• An appointment is mandatory to enjoy the eye examination service. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
• On the day of the examination, you must present your appointment confirmation and proof of identity to receive the service.
• EuroEyes reserves the final right of decision in the event of any disputes.
Guidelines for Customers Under 18 Years Old:
• Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the examination.
• Individuals aged 16 to under 18 who attend an examination without a parent or guardian must have prior notification and contact details provided to our center by their parent or guardian.
Validity Period:
• The eye examination plan is valid for 6 months. Customers must complete the relevant examination service within this validity period (calculated from the payment confirmation date). The service will be void after the expiry date.
