Within 7 days of receipt, if customers discover any issues with the product and need to return or exchange it, you may select the relevant order in "Order Records" and click "Report Product Issue" to handle defective or missing items. Each purchase receipt is limited to one exchange, but refunds are not allowed.
The following situations are not eligible for exchange processing:

2. Products whose original packaging is not intact, or have been damaged, destroyed, or are incomplete.
3. Any discounted, clearance, or special-sale items marked as non-returnable.
