· Our store will protect your personal Information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and in accordance with HKTVmall Privacy Policies.
· Contents in the store and inventory may vary with the actual situation, information may be changed at any time without any notice. The merchant and HKTVMALL reserve the rights to make the final decision.
· In case of any dispute, the merchant will retain the right of final decision without prior notice.
· In situation where there are limitations, price, promotion offers and other marketing campaigns on the HKTVmall may varies from retail stores, the terms and offers are only applicable to HKTVmall.
· In case of wrong products / wrong quantities upon product delivery, or quality issues in 4 hours after the delivery, please contact us within 4 hours after the delivery. It is within the merchant’s discretion to settle the matter. Products must be remained in the original condition. The merchant will not be responsible for product damage caused by human mistakes.
· Product exchange is subject to supply and inventory.
· It is within the merchant’s discretion to deal with product exchange or return. Under normal circumstances, direct product return is not acceptable; and the merchant is not accountable for product damage caused by human mistakes.
The delivery fee for Sold by the merchant is calculated separately from Sold by other stores.
· Free Delivery will be provided if purchase amount reaches $400 or above; otherwise, $80 delivery fee would be charged.
· Extra delivery fee may be charged / No delivery service for some locations in New Territories and some remote areas. Please contact our customer service for the details
· If the provided address is out of our delivery scope, our store can refuse / cancel the order.
· Once customers place the order, Fruitbox will contact the customer to confirm the order(s) and the delivery time as soon as possible.
· Products would be delivered with 7 workings days after the order confirmation.
· No same-day delivery service provided
· All orders come valid only after the confirmation, either by call or Whatsapp, by Fruitbox
· In case no lift is available in the building of the delivery address, customer needs to inform the merchant in advance; an extra delivery fee (subject to weight) is charged by the 3rd party delivery company.
· If the unsuccessful product delivery is due to customer’s reason (e.g. wrong address provided), The merchant can arrange redelivery next day (extra delivery fee is needed, please contact us for details). The merchant will try the best to ensure the products’ freshness, but no product exchange / refund can be arranged.
· No multiple delivery is accepted for one single order. Customer can only provide one delivery address for one order.
· In case of extreme weather condition (e.g. Signal 8 Typhoon), The merchant will re-arrange the delivery time.
