Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

3. Products with “non-returnable” remark

4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples

5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee.

Mooncake Pre-Order Delivery Arrangement:

- [UK Pre-Order] is from 7 August – 28 August 2023, Hong Kong Time. The estimated Hong Kong dispatch dates are 4 -10 September 2023, with an expected delivery period to the designated UK address from 11-17 September 2023.

- The mooncake pre-order can include other Ship to UK products, in which all products, including the mooncake, will be dispatched from Hong Kong according to the mooncake pre-order delivery schedule. If a customer requires earlier shipment for those Ship to UK products, separated individual orders should be made instead.
