Delivery Arrangement:
• Free In-Home Setup in Hong Kong.
• There will be an extra charge for delivery to outlying islands, South Lantau and Discovery Bay. Please contact us before placing the order.
• Delivery will be arranged with the customer after the order has been placed, deliveries available Monday to Saturday 11am-7pm (no deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays).
• Mattress removal service is available on request for an additional fee of $350 per mattress.
• There will be a labor fee of HK$100 per story per mattress if the delivery address is not reachable by lift.
• There will be a labor fee of HK$150 per mattress if the delivery address more than 50m from unloading point.
Warranty:
• Hush Home warrants its products against the defects in material and workmanship for the time period set forth below from the time the product is purchased by you so long as the product is used normally for its intended purpose.
