Licensed product

 

1. All licensed products and their accessories are not subject to replacement or refund. If the product quality does not meet the production standards, guests must go to the service center of their agent and complete the following procedures within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product side has the opportunity to enhance:

 

-Must present a valid invoice, receipt

-Must be returned together with its unopened complete package, accessories, instructions, and unfilled warranty card

-There must be no signs of damage, flower damage or previous wet water

-Each item can only be replaced once.

1. The goods in this shop are delivered directly by Nova Home, and the goods will be shipped within 4-7 working days after purchase (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
