-For any orders of HK$600 or above, you may enjoy complimentary delivery service to your specified address. For order below HK$600, a HK$100 delivery charge is added to your order. 

- Customer has to provide a designated address which a representative or customer itself has to acknowledge and sign the receipt of goods 
 - An additional charge $350 will be applied to delivery in Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan (additional fee will be collected upon the delivery). 
- No delivery will be made to restricted areas (Including Lantau Island), non-fixed addresses, hotels, warehouses (where registration is needed for entry), ferry terminals or Post Office Boxes & Post Boxes .
- For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases,  there will be additional delivery charge of HKD$50 per floor for the first to third boxes;  and the fourth or above boxes charges HKD$10 for every boxes per floor.

- You are requested to examine the products immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/ or damages. -- - Exchange or refund must be logged at the time of delivery on spot to your designated address, otherwise any damages shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Remfly Wines & Spirits shall be final and conclusive
Cancellation or refund
- Payment is due immediately upon the confirmation of order. No cancellation shall be accepted.

- Once payment completed, the goods will be dispatched to the designated address to 5 days working days(the order day is not inclusive ), and you will receive call for home delivery
