• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchant.

• Shipping time of this store : Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holiday, 9am.

• The merchant reserves the right to amend the stated terms herein without prior notice. Incase of any dispute, the decision of the merchant and HKTVmall shall be final.

• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 day s. Item(s) purchased in our store may be exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the defective products or missing items.  Each purchase receipt is limited to one exchange, while refunds are not available.

The following situations will not be eligible for exchange:

1. Opened/used products (e.g. packaging tape or box has been removed)

2. Products without original, intact and unopened packaging, or has been damaged, broken or is incomplete

3. Any discounted, clearance or same items/products with “non-returnable” remark

4. Free Gifts / Accessories / Samples

5. Products without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note or the products have already been exchanged once

Before processing any exchange, we will inspect and verify the returned product. If the product does not meet the return and exchange conditions stated above, the return will not be accepted. When exchanging a product, the original order’s shipping and handling fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience. If the returned product includes promotional gifts or special offer items, these must also be returned; otherwise, the exchange request will not be processed.
