Returns & Refunds
• Due to the nature of food and beverage
products, products purchased from our store are not returnable or exchangeable
due to change of mind.
• Products that have been opened and
consumed are not eligible for return or exchange, except where there is a
genuine product quality or safety issue.
• If you receive an incorrect, damaged or
defective product, please report the issue through HKTVmall within the
applicable reporting period. Go to Order History, select the relevant order and
use the “Return & Refund” function.
• Please retain the product, original
packaging and relevant order/delivery information until your request has been
reviewed. Photographs of the product and packaging may be requested to help
verify the issue.
• Any refund, replacement or other remedy
will be handled in accordance with the applicable HKTVmall policies and Hong
Kong law.
