* The actual delivery time will be calculated based on the items selected in your order, the delivery area, and the merchant’s dispatch schedule.
* Store dispatch schedule: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
* The merchant reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the merchant and HKTVmall reserve the final decision.
Items under “Merchant Delivery” from this store cannot be combined with items from other merchants for shipping fee calculation.
Mattresses will be delivered by Serta HK within 5 working days after order confirmation (subject to stock availability). If an item is out of stock, Serta HK will directly contact the customer. If there is no stock, it will take 14 working days, and a dedicated representative will contact you after order confirmation.
Transportation Surcharges: All surcharges will be collected in cash by the driver upon delivery.
* Remote areas: Tung Chung / Ma Wan: HK$150 Discovery Bay: HK$350 (waived on Mondays)
* Staircase fee: (First 5 steps free) HK$80 per mattress per floor regardless of size; double charge applies from the 5th floor onward.
* Hoisting fee: HK$300 per mattress per floor.
* Pathway fee: Free for the first 50 meters; HK$80 for every additional 50 meters.
* Old mattress disposal fee: HK$200 per mattress regardless of size.
* Administrative fee: To cancel or change the scheduled delivery date, customers must make the request at least 1 working day before 5:00 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Otherwise, a HK$500 administrative fee will be charged.
Serta HK reserves the right to change service terms and product prices at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Serta HK reserves the final decision.
