• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

1. Opened/used products

2. Without original and unopened packaging

3. Products with “non-returnable” remark

4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples

5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchant.

• Shipping time of this store: Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holiday, 9am.

• The merchant reserves the right to amend the stated terms herein without prior notice. In

case of any dispute, the decision of the merchant and HKTVmall shall be final.

The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee.

The mattress will be delivered by Simmons® within 7 working days after order confirmation (if in stock). If the mattress is out of stock, Simmons® will contact the customer directly.

Mattress delivery is free, but a $200 delivery fee applies for delivery to Discovery Bay. If delivery by elevator isn't possible, extra manual handling and stair-carry charges apply, based on floor and mattress size. For a mattress 152cm wide or below: $80 per item per floor (1st–5th floor), $120 per item per floor (6th–10th floor).

For a mattress above 152cm wide: $160 per item per floor (1st–5th floor), $200 per item per floor (6th–10th floor).

Every 10 steps count as one floor; prices for 11th floor or above are subject to quotation.

Any free gifts (if any), products that have been opened or used, not in original packaging, damaged, incomplete, or damaged after signing for receipt, cannot be returned or exchanged.

This mattress comes with a 10-year coil structure warranty. For details, please contact Simmons customer service.
