The mattress will be delivered by Simmons® within 7 working days after order confirmation (if in stock). If the mattress is out of stock, Simmons® will contact the customer directly.

Mattress delivery is free, but a $200 delivery fee applies for delivery to Discovery Bay. If delivery by elevator isn’t possible, extra manual handling and stair-carry charges apply, based on floor and mattress size. For a mattress 152cm wide or below: $80 per item per floor (1st–5th floor), $120 per item per floor (6th–10th floor).
For a mattress above 152cm wide: $160 per item per floor (1st–5th floor), $200 per item per floor (6th–10th floor).
Every 10 steps count as one floor; prices for 11th floor or above are subject to quotation.

Any free gifts (if any), products that have been opened or used, not in original packaging, damaged, incomplete, or damaged after signing for receipt, cannot be returned or exchanged.

This mattress comes with a 10-year coil structure warranty. For details, please contact Simmons customer service.
