Delivery / Return
• Our store's "merchant-delivered" goods cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate shipping costs. You can enjoy free shipping when you purchase any "merchant-delivered" items in our store over $300. Otherwise, you will be charged $50 for shipping and it will be automatically calculated in the relevant order. Delivery service fees include surcharges for Hong Kong's industrial and commercial areas, residential areas, and remote areas.

Longgutan Tuesday afternoon, Thursday evening

• Areas not provided(If necessary, additional freight can be paid for delivery):
Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Stanley, Shek O, Big Wave Bay, Tai O, Pui O, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Lamma Island, etc. ), restricted area and other areas
• If you need to use the stairs, free delivery for items within 50LB on the first 3 floors, and $10 for each subsequent floor.
• If you need to change your address, you need to change it before 10 o'clock on the day of delivery. If you change your address after the driver has left the car, you will need to pay an extra $50 for shipping.
• Walking within 50 meters from the nearest parking location is free. An additional long-distance walking delivery fee ($20-$80) will be charged for distances over 51 meters. The maximum distance is 400 meters.
• If you find any damage or defect after receiving the goods, please contact HKTVmall customer service department via email at cs@hktv.com.hk within seven days.
