<7-Day Product Replacement Guarantee and Details>
If it is found that the product quality does not meet the production standards, the following procedures must be completed within 7 days after receipt of the goods before the replacement product has a chance to take effect:
1) Please do not fill in and submit the warranty form
2) Bring your own product (show a valid invoice and receipt) to the official maintenance department for inspection and receive a stamped machine inspection paper to prove that there is no human damage
3) Bring your own products to our company for replacement**
**Instructions for product replacement:
- Valid invoices and receipts must be presented
- Complete packaging and warranty form not filled out
- No signs of damage or scratches
- Bring the product to our company for repair within 7 days after receiving the goods.
- If applicable, customers must return the gifts included with the purchase, otherwise we will need to deduct the value of the gifts.
When the 7-day product replacement guarantee expires and the product is within the manufacturer's warranty period, the customer can also enjoy the warranty provided by the agent, and can return the product to the manufacturer/agent for repair.
This replacement guarantee does not apply to:
- Apple, Dyson, Xiaomi, Vintec, etc. only provide official maintenance and repairs and do not replace new products.
- The mobile phone screen is dusty, and the three bright spots/bright spots/dead spots and below are not within the scope of replacement.
- A rooted mobile phone or electronic device
- Products registered for maintenance
- Goods damaged due to accidental or negligent use or improper use
- Products without relevant invoices or/and receipts or/and failure to fill in the warranty form
- Certain consumable products such as protective patches, cosmetics and skin care products, insulated water cups, etc.
