Ingredients: Glucose Syrup, Black Elderberry Juice (Sambucus nigra L.), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Flavour: Raspberry (Rubu idaeus), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Zice Gluconate, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).
Recommended Daily Dose:
Adults and Children 12+: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
Children 3-12 yrs: 5ml (1 teaspoon)
Increased dose for extra support(For Winter Use):
Adults and Children 12+: 10ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
Children 3-12 yrs: 10ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
