Terms of Warranty & Defective Products Replacement:
1) For products requiring professional installation, it is imperative to await the services of authorised personnel from the original manufacturer. Please be advised that unpacking the product independently will result in forfeiture of eligibility for replacement due to defects.
2) 7-day Replacement Guarantee:
We hereby guarantee a replacement for any product determined to be malfunctioning or failing to operate as expected, provided such condition is identified within 7 days following the date of delivery and is subsequently verified by our authorised technicians. To ensure a successful return, the replacement product must be accompanied by its complete package, all associated accessories, the instruction manual, the warranty card (which must remain unfilled), and any complimentary gift received.
3) The 7-day replacement guarantee shall not apply to products exhibiting damage caused by human actions, including but not limited to scratches and liquid damage.
4) The 7-day replacement guarantee shall not extend to products that have undergone any form of repair.
5) For televisions and screens, replacement shall be considered only if there are more than five dead or bright spots, and such condition must be verified by the authorised technicians of the agent.
6) To avail of the warranty or replacement service, the serial number on the product must match that on the receipt.
7) Xiaomi Hong Kong furnishes the warranty; therefore, it is imperative to retain the receipt.
8) We shall be deemed to have properly performed all obligations under the contract upon delivery, and the Products delivered shall be deemed to be correct and of satisfactory quality.
9) The company hereby reserves all rights in relation to this policy.
Removal Service Terms and Conditions:
Normal Removal Services
1) Applicable conditions: Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances, including air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators, as specified in the Producer Eco-Responsibility Ordinance, can request free removal service for the same type and quantity of used electrical appliances (only applicable to the same type of regulated electrical appliances*Note ).
2) Location: Any premises in Hong Kong.
3) When to make request:
a. When a customer signs the Record of Choice of Removal Service; or
b. Customers can request removal service by calling us within 3 days after thetransaction. Late request will be deemed as no requests for the removal service.
4) Timing of the removal service:
a. Under normal circumstances, 3 working days are required for arranging the removal service.
b. The old items at the customers’ designated locations will be removed on the date specified by the customers.
c. No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays.
5) Remarks:
a. The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate. Customers can contact us for arrangement.
b. The old items will not be returned once collected.
c. The old items must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles.
d. If the old items have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.), our staff will have the right not to remove such items, and there will be no more free removal service for the customers.
e. Customers shall give no less than 3 working days' notice in respect of any request for change of delivery time, date and/or place.
f. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled.
g. The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.
h. All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the old items only and the company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
i. In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final.
Note
Air conditioners - including single package type and split type air conditioners, air-cooled or air-heated (or both), with a rated cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP).
Dehumidifiers: operate by using the vapour compression cycle with a rated dehumidifying capacity not exceeding 35 litres per day, but do not include those operate by using desiccant materials;
Tumble dryers: dry textiles by tumbling in a rotating drum, use mains electricity as the only power source for heating and with a rated drying capacity not exceeding 15 kilograms;
Washing machines - with a rated washing capacity not exceeding 15 kg.
Refrigerators - with a total storage volume not exceeding 900 liters.
Televisions - the size of its display screen not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally)
Computers - generally including personal computer, desktop computer, tablet computer, laptop computer and notebook computer.
Printers - not exceeding 30 kg in weight; one that can be used as a photocopier, facsimile transmitter or scanner is nevertheless regarded as a printer.
Scanners - not exceeding 30 kg.
Monitors - not having the function of storing electronic data or computing, the size of the display screen is not smaller than 5.5 inches (measured diagonally) but not exceeding 100 inches (measured diagonally).
Removal Services by the same day
If the customer chooses removal service by the same day, our company may arrange to collect the electrical appliances when delivery, the service charge will be HK$150 per unit.
Note: The removal service must be identical to the shipping address. The staircase surcharge should also be used for depreciation services, and the recycling process requires another staircase surcharge.
Delivery Service:
1) If a customer has placed an order, we will contact them within 3 working days to arrange a delivery appointment.
2) Delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above/ Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is cancelled, delivery service will be arranged on another day; if the Black Rainstorm Signal is cancelled, the delivery service will be rescheduled by contacting the customer.
3) We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivering the product(s) caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond our scope of control.
4) If you need to make any amendments to your order (such as delivery date, delivery time session or adding items, etc.), please inform us at least 3 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays) in advance of the prior agreed date and time of delivery.
5) If you are unable to collect your products within 14 days after the order confirmation, or you have not provided us sufficient and precise instructions for delivery, we may:
a) Keep the related products until the actual delivery date (Storage fee will be HK$500, up to a maximum of 30 days; Administrative fees will be waived for the first 60 days); or
b) Cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient and inaccurate information provided or your failure to receive the products; or
c) Dispose of the unclaimed product in any way without any obligation or liability to you.
6) Excluded items:
a) Dismantling of water pipe, gas pipe or electric wire
b) Move or dismantle anything in the customer's residence
c) Products too large to be moved into/out of the customer's residence
7) Delivery is from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 18:00 (No installation on Sundays and public holidays) Schedule of Delivery as below:
a) Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories**: Every Monday to Saturday
b) Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay: Every Thursday / Saturday
*There is no designated time.
*There is no delivery to the Outlying Islands district and restricted areas.
**Not include Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay.
8) Additional Fee (To transport staff):
a) Pathway to the destination (50m or above): HK$50/50m (Per Unit)*
b) Staircase charges (12 steps regarded as 1 floor)
i. 59" or below TV: HK$40 / 1 floor (Per Unit)
ii. 60" to 79” TV: HK$100 / 1 floor (Per Unit)
iii. 80" to 90” TV: HK$200 / 1 floor (Per Unit)
iv. 90" above TV: Quotation will be offered separately
v. Projectors / 59" or below Monitors / Soundbars: HK$40 / 1 floor (Per Unit)
c) Circle Ladder Special Charge: HK$150 / 1 corner (Per Unit)
d) Discovery Bay Special Charge: HK$145*(included 1hr Car Park Fee)
e) Lifting product and installing in the designated location: HK$150 / 1 time** (Per Unit)
f) On day Disposal Service (for Similar type of product only): HK$150 (Per Unit)
g) Second Delivery:***
i. 50" or below TV: HK$100 (Per Unit)
ii. 50" above TV: HK$150 (Per Unit)
*15‑min limit. Overtime needs new delivery.
**Lifting product more than 10” and installing in the designated location (This process charge: HK$150 x 2 = HK$300)
***Delivery wait limit: 15 minutes. After that, arrange another delivery.
1)limitations:
a) Dismantle over 7 feet in height from the floor to the unit top need site measurement and quote separately.
b) Customer should provide a ladder, if they cannot provide need to pay extra delivery costs for a ladder.
