• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

1. Opened/used products

2. Without original and unopened packaging

3. Products with “non-returnable” remark

4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples

5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

The “Merchant Delivery” goods delivered by this store cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee. 'Merchant Delivery' products at this store can enjoy free delivery service. The free delivery service is including Commercial Area & Residential Area. For Remote Area in Hong Kong, please read the terms and conditions for the additional fee.

4.⁠ ⁠Every shipping area will basically deliver goods every day (depending on the volume of goods and the envelope)

5.⁠ ⁠Delivery in Stanley, Shek O and The Peak on Monday and Saturday mornings

6. Discovery Bay delivers goods every Wednesday afternoon. Tunnel tolls and road user fees are paid by the consignee (the current charges are HK$120 and $24 respectively, totaling HK$144. If there is any change, the information of the organization shall prevail. )

7.⁠ ⁠Tung Chung delivers goods every Wednesday and Saturday afternoon

8.⁠ ⁠Ma Wan delivers goods every Thursday afternoon (the restricted time for trucks entering Ma Wan Road is from 10 am to 4 pm)

9.⁠ ⁠Sai Kung delivers goods in the morning on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays

10.⁠ ⁠For delivery in remote areas and without elevators above the fifth floor, our company will make an appointment by phone and arrange delivery within two days.

11.⁠ ⁠For hotel room assignments and large-volume deliveries, two days’ advance notice is required

12. ⁠ ⁠ In the event of a typhoon, all deliveries will be postponed for one day (if the typhoon is removed in the morning, delivery will be arranged in the afternoon)

13. Starting from October 25, 2024, our store will charge a fee for the routing service. The details are as follows:

(i) Applicable products: (a) window air conditioner; (b) split air conditioner (a set of indoor and outdoor units is counted as one piece); (c) refrigerator; (d) washing machine

(ii) The first 100 meters is free, and a fee of HK$100 is charged for each subsequent 100 meters. The service range is limited to 500 meters.

(iii) In case of special circumstances, additional quotation is required.

(iv) Relevant fees will be collected by the logistics company on the spot.

In case of any dispute, the final decision of Achilik Hitachi Home Appliances (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. shall prevail.
