1. Pata Negra House Group (PNHG) reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use and any given information, services and resources available on the PNHG Website at any time without prior notice. These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. If for any reason a court finds any provision or portion of these Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use by a party will be effective only if in writing and signed by a party.

3. The English version of these Terms of Use shall prevail wherever there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions.
