Please read the following delivery information carefully:
🔹 The order closing time is 21:00 every night. Orders after 21:00 will be counted as orders for the next day.
🔹 Orders after closing will be delivered within 4-5 days
🔹 Free delivery to most areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon and some areas in the New Territories for purchases over HKD $600.
🔹 (Additional shipping fee of $50-$100 will be charged for Mid-Levels, Tin Shui Wai, Hong Kong Parkview Resort, Ping Shan and other places far from the city center. If you have any questions, please consult with the customer service staff first)
🔹 If you want to leave it at the management office, please fill in the detailed address (number of seats & floors & units) so that the delivery colleagues can leave it at the seat in case of special circumstances, and indicate "Can leave it at the management office" in the order notes
🔹 The driver will call you 15-20 minutes before arrival. Please make sure someone answers the phone. You can leave multiple phone numbers if necessary.
🔹 Currently providing door-to-door service
🔹 Customers need to provide detailed address for the driver to deliver the goods to their door, including room, floor, number of blocks, and name of the housing estate
🔹 If there is no safe parking space downstairs at the address (such as double yellow lines/single yellow lines/no parking spaces, etc.), we can only arrange for the delivery downstairs
🔹 For delivery addresses without lift service, delivery must be made downstairs of the address
🔹 For village house addresses, delivery can only be made to the parking lot at the village entrance
🔹 If you need to place it at the management office, please let us know
🔹 Cannot specify delivery time
🔹 If you need to wait for more than 15 minutes or the contact is unsuccessful, the driver will leave and send it back to the warehouse
🔹 If you need to reschedule the delivery, additional shipping fee will be required or call a truck for delivery. Freight to be paid on delivery
🔹 Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
🔹 If you need to change the delivery date and address, please notify us one working day in advance. You will receive a phone notification on the day of delivery.
