Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “5 Shields” is aged in oak barrels, one of the finest woods for its resistance and flavour.
It is a blend of 7 grapes. It is characterized by an harmonious sour-sweet taste in which the fruity notes recall hints of plum, fig and autumn fruit, with nuances of flavor ranging from wood to caramel, cinnamon, cooked fruit. The sugary component, given by the must, gives a stable and balanced flavor compared to acidity.
With high density 1.33, it’s perfect with Parmigiano Reggiano, meats filet, duck, red meat tartare, ice cream and strawberries.
