Georgia's winemaking history dates back eight thousand years and is known as the cradle of wine. Georgia is located between the Caucasus and the Black Sea between eastern European countries, they have up to 500 local grape varieties, accounting for 95% of local wine production. The main red grape is Saperavi, fruity, structural, it also can produce dry red or semi-sweet red wine. The main white grape is Rkatsiteli, which is full of nuclear fruit and mineral flavor.
