Description

Thawing method:
1. Thaw in the refrigerator for about 12 hours or at room temperature for about 1 hour.
2. Do not fully thaw, but thaw it about 50% before cutting it into more even shapes.
3. Note: Do not thaw in the microwave as the squid may explode, so please avoid doing so.


Recipe:
1. Microwave cooking: Cut the semi-thawed Seaweed Squid Rice Sausage into appropriate sizes, sprinkle some water, cover with a lid, and heat for about 2-3 minutes.
2. Steaming: Put the semi-thawed Seaweed Squid Rice Sausage in a steamer and cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Pan-frying: Cut the semi-thawed Seaweed Squid Rice Sausage into the desired thickness and cook over low heat until golden brown. Tip: Dip it in egg batter and grill it for even more deliciousness.

Note: Be sure to remove the toothpicks from the bottom before consuming.
