Hokkaido Marche was established in January 2006. At the beginning of its establishment, its main business was to produce "MILK TOP" ice cream. After years of development, in addition to the production of ice cream, the company's business has diversified to trading, by introducing different high-quality foods from Japan, and has become the agent of several well-known Japanese brands, including ``Hokkaido Dairy Products'', ``Junzosen'', ``FUTABA'', ``Nakajima Daishodo'', etc. Among them, the fresh milk of "Hokkaido Dairy Products" is the first Japanese fresh milk introduced to Hong Kong, which is selling at most of Hong Kong’s Japanese supermarkets.
[Home made product] does not mean we make our products at home! In the 13th years of business development, MILK TOP- a brand originated from Hokkaido Japan, do not put colorings, flavoring, or excessive additives to the products. Our only additive add to the product is emulsifier. The concept of HOME made come from the concept that our products are fresh and healthy, same as home made products.
[MILK TOP] select high quality ingredients – our milk is fresh milk from Hokkaido, vanilla ice-cream use Madagascar vanilla beans, we use high quality Japanese Uji green tea powder, ginger ice-cream use fresh ginger, for sesame ice-cream we use sesame from Japan and blend in our factory!
It is MILK TOP’s mission to make a better product! In the year 2019, we imported the first Japanese fresh milk to HK market – Hokkaido Hakodate 3.7 Milk. We changed our ingredient from long life Hokkaido milk to fresh milk, with the immediate enhancement in products’ aroma and taste. We believe there is no BEST, thus we always strive to improving our product quality and achive better.
