Spring rolls are the most popular Asian fingerfood. With Bich Chi Organic Rice Paper, it is easy and quick to prepare. Typical fillings for the light specialty are vegetables such as carrots, white cabbage, sprouts or even rice noodles. Try the rolls cold as summer rolls or fried as spring rolls.
Step 1: Slightly damp the rice paper with cold water. (Note that it is only wet, pick it up slightly, do not soak, avoid too wet and sticky, not easy to roll up and easy to break)
Step 2: Spread the rice paper on the plate and put the right amount of filling. (e.g. mango shrimp, carrots and shredded cucumbers, etc.)
Step 3: Fold the lower side and the left and right sides of the rice paper in the middle, and roll it tightly, with the end facing down and holding the plate.
