• Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

1. Opened/used products

2. Without original and unopened packaging

3. Products with “non-returnable” remark

4. Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples

5. Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

• Delivery Time: Actual delivery dates are calculated based on the items selected in your order and the dispatch lead time of the respective merchant.

• Final Decision: In case of any dispute, HKTVmall reserves the right of final decision.

• Returns & Exchanges: If you find any damaged, incorrectly sent, or missing items upon receipt, please retain the original invoice and contact us via email (wcw1860@gmail.com) within 7 days of delivery to apply for a return or exchange.

• Process: Once your return application is approved, we will arrange for the collection of the product(s). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process a refund, a direct exchange, or assist in selecting an alternative product, depending on the actual situation.

• Price Adjustments: If the original promotion has ended at the time of exchange, the discount from the date of purchase will no longer apply. The product price will be based on the price at the time of order confirmation.

• Price Difference: If the price of the replacement product is higher than the original item, the customer is required to pay the difference.

• Shipping Costs: Paid shipping fees are non-refundable. For all successful return and refund applications, any shipping costs incurred for returning the product(s) shall be borne by the customer.

• Limitations: Each order is eligible for one return or refund application only. Requests for returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, improper use, or man-made damage will not be accepted.

• Gifts: All promotional gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
