【Delivery Service Details】
The online store sells items on a subscription basis. Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped on the next working day. Please note that orders confirmed before 23:59 are deemed to be orders on the same day and will be shipped the next day. Orders confirmed after 23:59 will be counted as orders for the next day.
Delivery Time:
Open from Monday to Sunday (closed on Fridays)
*Thursday orders will be shipped on Saturday*

The following outlying islands and remote areas are subject to an additional $20 surcharge: Sai Kung, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, Stanley, Tung Chung, Airport, Tai Mei Tuk, Lau Fau Shan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lung Kwu Tan, Shek O (Discovery Bay No delivery is currently available in Ma Wan and Ma Wan)
*If the delivery address does not have an elevator, you can choose to notify the customer to deliver the goods downstairs, or charge an additional stair moving fee ($10/floor). Some village house orders require delivery at the village entrance.
Limited delivery services are available in the following areas:
i. Government agencies (including but not limited to government offices, police stations), hospitals and funeral parlors do not provide door-to-door delivery services, and the recipient must be asked to hand over the goods at the door;
ii. Some addresses require customers to settle at designated locations, such as tenement house addresses on the ground floor, and village house addresses at the entrance of the village or in a public parking lot next to its main road;
iii. If the delivery location cannot be reached directly by vehicle, the driver will arrange for delivery at a safe parking point on the road.

Note: You can contact us. If there are a large number of orders during holidays or force majeure natural disasters, shipments may be delayed, so please be aware.
When gale signals are hoisted, red or black rainstorm warnings are in effect, or weather conditions we judge to be unsafe for delivery, or due to traffic accidents and road obstructions, etc. Delivery service time will be delayed or other arrangements will be made.
