1Air conditioners, including single package and split type air conditioners with a cooling capacity not exceeding 7.5 kilowatts (3HP).
Washing machines with a washing capacity not exceeding 10 kg.
Refrigerators with a total storage volume not exceeding 500 liters.

#2.Whirlpool VIP Removal Service removes the old machine by Whirlpool at the same date of new product delivery (excludes built-in/ built-under, side by side fridge and air conditioner), The customers are required to disassemble any connection or obstacles, remove from any installed cabinets by themselves. The charge depends on the size of machine as below:
a)Standard size:$100
b)Large size:$200, including
the width of washer and washer dryer is 27 inches or above
the width fridge is 35 inches or above
split type air conditioner (applicable for one indoor and one outdoor unit, extra indoor unit charges $100 each).
Lifting the washing machines / dryers / washer dryers over obstacles 12 inches above the ground, such as toilet, cabinets, etc. It will be charged at HK$150 per time.
