• Within 7 days, together with HKTVMALL's delivery documents and original packaging, defective goods can be replaced with new and identical products.
• It can be repaired within one year after 7 days, but the repair fee will be charged for man-made damage.
• Or, if our maintenance engineer deems it impossible to repair, it can be replaced with a new one of the same model at one time.
• The one-year maintenance liability for the product then ceases.
