1. All product maintenance problems can be checked and repaired free of charge by taking the product to the maintenance center during the maintenance period. After inspection by professionals, no one is artificially damaged before making maintenance arrangements.

Delivery / Return

The products in this store are delivered by AMC INTERNATIONAL.

The actual delivery time will be based on the products selected in your order and AMC INTERNATIONAL will contact the customer directly to arrange the delivery date and time.

Our shipping time is: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (except public holidays).

Orders for "Merchant Delivery" products are usually sent by courier within 1-7 working days after purchase. This item is not delivered by HKTV Mall and cannot specify the delivery time.

After the delivery of our products arrives, please check as soon as possible
1. All returned products must be kept in their original packaging and unused. Once used, no returns will be accepted.
2. The return application must be submitted to our store's Whatsapp within 7 days after receiving the product and provide relevant damage information.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.
