• Our products will be delivered by 4 - 7 working days. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details.

• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and the shipping time of the particular merchants.

•Additional charges for special areas are as follows:
Free shipping is limited to designated areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, and some areas, remote and outlying areas are subject to additional service charges or failure to provide delivery services.

Locations and surcharges in remote areas are as follows:
* Mid-Levels, Shek O, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Tai Tam, Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Fei Ngo Shan, Lok Ma Chau, Sha Tau Kok, Mount Davis Road, Sha Wan Drive, South Bay, Chung Hom Kok, Tai Mei Tuk and the Peak.
There will be a delivery charge of HK$100 per order for the above areas.
* Ma Wan，Park Island,There will be a delivery charge of HKD120 (Tunnel Fee) per order for the above areas.
* Hong Kong International Airport, Tung Chung, Disneyland
There will be a delivery charge of HKD150 (Tunnel Fee) per order for the above areas.
* Discovery Bay, there will be a delivery charge of HK$250 (Tunnel Fee) per order.

•Non-delivery area included:
* PO Box and hotels, The outlying islands include Lantau Island: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Shek Pik, Ngong Ping, Tai O, Cheung Chau,Peng Chau, Grass-Island, Lamma Island, Po Toi Island, Ninepin Island, Soko Islands, Kat O Chau, and Lung Kwu Chau.
* If the delivery address does not have a lift direct, the maximum delivery floor is 3 floors (from the ground floor, with no more than 15 steps between each staircase),There will be an additional HK$5 upstairs fee per floor and per item, with a separate quote for steps between the 4th floor or above.

• Delivery services will be suspended in the event of typhoon No. 8 or above, or if a black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted or there is force majeure. Delivery dates are arranged separately.

• Shipping time of this store: Monday to Friday, not including Public Holiday, 3PM

• All products are non-returnable.

• The goods delivered by DB Shop cannot be combined with goods delivered by other merchants to calculate delivery fee.

• In the event of dispute, HKTVmall's decision shall be final and conclusive.
