【Delivery Arrangement】
1. Shipment shall be arranged within 2 - 5 days by 戀茶軼事 E'sense Tea.
2. Please fill in the delivery information in the following Google Form:

Upon receipt of the filled delivery form, we shall call or WhatsApp customer to confirm delivery arrangement.
3. If you do not get a response within 24 hours after submitting the form, please help to contact us by WhatsApp 9686 3707.
4. Free shipping for orders with amount $400 or above, while order amount below $400, we shall arrange SF Express freight collect service (i.e. delivery fee to be paid by customer upon receipt of goods).
5. If the receiving address is an outlying island area, remote area, vehicle restricted area, restricted area, or a tenement building, a surcharge may be charged, and you may consider choose the self-pick-up services of SF Smart Locker or SF Express Station.
6. We use SF Express to provide delivery services (including SF Express station and Smart Locker pick-up services).
7. For expedited delivery or special delivery by our designated staff, please WhatsApp us via 9686 3707 to confirm feasibility before placing order. We will try our best to arrange.
