Delivery Service is only restricted to Hong Kong (excluding islands, closed area and locations without elevator).
Stairway fee (free for the first 5 steps of stairs), more than 5 will be calculated as one-floor fee (10 stairs = 1 floor), and the cost of each floor will be quoted by us.
－ The delivery date depends on the traffic situation in the area, the driver or installer will call to arrange
－ If the delivery truck can't park downstairs, the additional parking fee incurred by the delivery shall be borne by the customers
－ If the delivery location is a village house, it must be confirmed the truck can enter the village, otherwise surcharges may be incurred or it may only be delivered to the village entrance.
－ The street of the delivery address must allow trucks to park. After parking, transport distance should not more than 30 meters, without stairs, and able to go straight to the elevator. Otherwise, surcharges may be incurred or the goods must be picked up at the parking space.
