Grown at an altitude of over 2,000 metres in extreme weather conditions, this coffee comes from the Blue Mountains in eastern Jamaica. Blue Mountain coffee comes from the Wallenford Estate, a family-run plantation best known for its history. Once harvested, the beans are washed and sun-dried to bring out their sweet and spicy aromas.
